Obedience
Drake loved obedience. Sometimes he thought I wasn't doing things right but he was incredibly patient with me. He was a very honest worker, intelligent and only wanted to please me. While he didn't mind corrections, they had to be clear and fair. Irish Water Spaniels cannot take harsh corrections. He could also be very creative. This is one of the many great things about training an IWS. He made me laugh and truly enjoy the learning process.
Drake earned his Novice Obedience Title (CD) just after turning two years old. He was training for his CDX and ready for the ring at the time he passed away.
