Below are many pictures of the puppies at 8 weeks old. They had a very busy week. They went to my agility class and met many of my fellow classmates. They were great in the car ride and they loved meeting people and watching dogs run. They also had their first trip to the vet which has a very positive experience. On Friday, they were filmed for Animal Planet's Dogs 101 show. They thought it was fun to play and they were fascinated by the camera. They also got to meet Lonnie, Megan's mom. Lonnie wanted to pick out her girl puppy, she wanted to see the litter, and she also took Megan home. I have been continuing to work with the pups individually to teach them more about retrieving. They also continue to work on their sits and boy, they are really getting the hang of it and some will come and sit in front of me waiting for their treat. They have also been learning down, jump up and paws off. Their new favorite game is to grab a toy and hope another puppy chases them. That is loads of fun. They are running faster all of the time and they love to retrieve.
