Here are pictures of the pups at four weeks old. They are very playful with each other, with toys and with us. They are exploring everything including venturing farther away from us when they are out and about in the living room. They made their first trip outside and they loved it. They walked on grass and dirt and had no problem with the new experiences and had lots of fun. They played with Megan outside too. They have been sucking on chicken wings and necks. They like them very much although their teeth are still small enough that they don't get a lot from them yet so are still nursing from Megan. They also had their first liver. They loved it but what a mess. Megan sure loved cleaning them up after! We had to set up the big x-pen in the dog room and removed the whelping box as several mornings I would wake to find at least one puppy out of the whelping box. They figured out how to push down on the 1/2 door so they could climb out. They are smart!
